What personal data we collect

We collect email addresses when you subscribe to RegBrief via our website. We do not collect your name, phone number, or any other personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by emailing us.

Why we collect it and legal basis

We collect your email address to send you the RegBrief weekly newsletter. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Who we share it with

Your email address is stored and processed by Beehiiv (USA). Beehiiv is our email delivery platform. Beehiiv's privacy policy is available at beehiiv.com/privacy. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your email address is transferred to and stored in the United States. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any other party.

How long we keep it

We retain your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to RegBrief. If you unsubscribe, your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@regbrief.co.
